The Human iQue T Cell Activation Cell and Cytokine Profiling Kit (TCA Kit) is a product that allows for the evaluation of cell phenotype, T cell activation markers, cell proliferation, cell viability, and secreted cytokine levels in a single assay using 96-well or 384-well plates. It can be utilized for screening low molecular weight compounds and peptides that contribute to T cell activation or inhibition, as well as for research in CAR-T cell therapy. The required sample volume for measurement is only 10 µL, significantly conserving precious samples.
